STRENGTHS

Grit.

I'm incredibly ambitious and strive for success for myself, my team, and my company for all tasks. I will be the person who arrives first every morning and leaves last each night. I'm committed to learning and growing as much as I can to become the best business leader I can be.

Detail-Oriented.

My focused, hard-working, and meticulous work ethic makes me confident in the work I produce. I always put in the time, effort, and determination to ensure that my work and the work of my team is completed at the highest caliber.

Collaboration.

I'm an extroverted people person who brings passion, positivity, and creativity each and every day. I enjoy working in a team environment, especially helping family-oriented others who value communication, loyalty, and passion.

WEAKNESSES

Futuristic.

I live for the future and have trouble with the here and now. I am constantly working towards achieving the next thing in my life or moving to the next step. I struggle with taking a step back and enjoying the present.

Opinionated.

I'm very outspoken and stand up for what I believe in. I never back down from a challenge and I always share my thoughts, ideas, and constructive criticism.

Inflexible.

I love my color-coded planner, to-do lists, and daily schedules. I am super organized to the point where I have trouble when plans switch last minute. Although I think quickly on my feet, I prefer routines and structured environments.

OPPORTUNITIES

As a lifelong learner, I always look for opportunities to continue developing my business, communication, and leadership skills. Given the chance, I would devote myself to the following growth opportunities:

Graduating with a JD/MBA Dual Degree

Attaining proficiency in a foreign language

Become an author and teacher
