WOMEN'S IDENTITY IN BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP

Growing up in a family with strong women, I was incredibly lucky to have female mentors and role models inspiring me every day. Women's empowerment in business is one of my biggest passions. For my Freshman college writing class, I used this interest to write my research paper on the topic of women's identity. I learned that even though women have to endure many challenges, it is acceptable and possible to have a successful career and a loving family life. Check it out here!

KRAFT HEINZ: ETHICAL BREW

In the Spring of 2021, my Microeconomics class had a case competition on Kraft Heinz. After conducting extensive industry analysis, my team decided the company was experiencing a decline in popularity with millennials and Gen Z consumers. Our solution was to introduce a new ready-to-drink cold brew option under Ethical Bean, Kraft Heinz's unique and ethically sourced branch. We targeted college students, as they are the largest hub for cold brew and they care about sustainability. As a coffee-lover, I learned a lot more about the coffee industry. I also grew significantly as a strong teammate and communicator, while allowing my creativity to flow. I'm proud to say that I created the initial idea of a ready-to-drink cold brew, and I'm incredibly proud of my team's hard work to make it come to life. View our slide deck below!
